About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

I am in the process of filling an application form for chinese government scholarship.
What shall i fill as
1."Guarantor charging your case in china"

I think you are under 18 years old now, right? So your parents have to find a Custody for for you in charge of your living and studying in China.
