i will be visiting Guilin. Can i know buses from Yangshou to Lipu using buses and how to go to attraction  places in Lipu

You can either take a bus from Yangshuo bus station to Lipu. To visit the attractions in Lipu, you may have to take a taxi or rent a car, since only a few attractions has direct buses.
