About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I live in Winnipeg, you have no consulate office here, and you do not accept mail Visa applications, how am I supposed to deliver the Visa to you and make payment???

China consulate in Toronto doesn't accept visa application by mailing, if you can't come to the consulate in person, you can entrust someone else, such as your friend, visa agency or travel agency to apply for it on your behalf, you can send your application to them, they can help you to get it

Winnipeg, Manitoba is under the consular districts of Chian Consulate in Toronto, you need to apply for visa through Chinese Visa Application Service Center (CVASC) in Toronto, CVASC accepts visa application by post, for more information, please refer to http://www.visaforchina.org/YTO_EN/applybypost/index.shtml
