About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

I am a Canadian Citizen who holds a Canadian passport. I am currently is in China for a visit and am looking to renew my visa. Can I apply at the Vancouver location since I do not have an adress in Canada anymore? I previously lived in Edmonton but returned my rental place since I knew I was going to be in China more than 1month.

Where did your passport issued? If your passport is not issued in the British Colombia or the Yukon Territory, you can't apply for visa through China consulate in Vancouver.

Edmonton is under the consular jurisdiction of China Consulate in Calgary, you need to go to Calgary to apply for visa or send your application to Gold Mountain Travel Service Inc in Calgary which is an authorized visa service agency by the China Consulate-General in Calgary,
