About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I live in Winnipeg, but will be in Vancouver on business later this week, can I bring my Visa application to the Vancouver office???

You can't submit visa application to China Consulate in Vancouver, Winnipeg is under the consular jurisdiction of China consulate in Toronto. Please apply for China visa through the consulate in Toronto.
