About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Hello,
If I am going to Beijing to take up a Management position with my company, am I required to submit a University Degree to gain either a Z Visa or a Temporary Residence Permit?

If I dont have a BSc, what other options are there?

Do you have work permit from China? if yes, it is ok. University degree is not required when apply for China Z visa.
