About:Chinese Consulates in South Korea

Since I have less than 6 months validity on my ARC, will I be able to apply and receive a Chinese visa from America?

You can send back your passport and all other requirements to your family in America. They can apply for China visa on your behalf. And also you can apply in HK if possible.

yes you can still apply. all the talk about needing to have 6 months left on your arc is a lie. trust me, you can do it.
