hi,

i would like to ask how much is the fare for the following trips

MTR Tsim Sha Tsui - Tung Chung Station
Bus 23 - Ngong Ping
Ngong Ping 360 Cable - Po Lin Monastery/Giant Buddha

It costs 15.5HKD from TST to Tung Chung, about 17HKD by bus to Ngong Ping. The bus is more ecpensive in weekends. Ngong Ping 360 costs 115HKD for round trop and 80HKD for single trip, 176HKD for round way cable plus tickets for two other attractions in Ngong Ping Bazaar.

Thanks Ms. Liz,

You mean aside from MTR TST to MTR TC of 15.5HKD we still need to take a bus to Ngong Ping for another 17HKD? is there entrace fee to visit the Buddha?

Yes, you still have to take the cable car or a bus from tung chung subway station to Ngong Ping. You're right that it is free to visit the Giant Buddha.
