About:Chinese Embassy in Saudi Arabia

Hello
My name is Haroon (Pakistani) and I working for Saudi Lighting company who is about to launch new lighting products, I am head of technical department and for stocks me and Vice president (Saudi Nationality) planed to go to China and before that we had to visit Hong Kong for Lighting Exhibition (between 12th April till 16th April 2011). For Hong Kong he didn’t need visa and for China we have invitation letter from one of factory (it is on that company letter head) and for Hong Kong I had same letter for me.
Today in Jeddah consulate when they saw Vice President documents said ok but when saw my passport he just jumped and said no visa for you……………….. (WHAT), after a while he said you need Chinese Ministry of Foreign affairs letter. As the time is short can someone guide me what kind of letter they need or if there is any alternative way, one thing is sure that if I was in Pakistan, I would be holding visa in max 4 days and my friends goes there a lot for business purpose.
My Documents
VISA FORM
Passport Copy (Just renewed for this trip)
Iqma Copy (more than 1 year validity
Invitation letter from China Company
Saudi Exit Visa
Employment certificate

For Hong Kong the sponsor should fill out Form ID1003B which I sent to that company to fill out.

Little time left please help and guide the shortest way

Contact your inviter company in China for this letter. The letter should be issued from Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs. There is no other way if visa officers from the embassy asked for it.
