It is possible to see those places during your stay. One June 3, you can have a rest and then take bus 973 at Mody Road or New World Center in Tism Sha Tsui to Repulse Bay. Then you can take bus back to Causeway Bay and Wanchai for some shopping and food. Then Golden Bauhinia Square beside Wanchai Pier. After that, you can take star ferry back to Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry and walk to the Avenue of Star, waiting for the Symphony of Lights on 8pm. The second day, you can take MTR from Tsim Sha Tsui to Tung Chung via Lai King. Then take bus 23 or Ngong Ping 360 to Ngong Ping Village for the Giant Buddha. Then Back to Tung Chung and shift to MTR to Disneyland via Sunny Bay. Leave the park after the firework show around 8:30pm. Visit Victoria Peak last day and you can see the wax museum there by the way.
