About:Who built the Great Wall of China?

why did shi huang di not supply good tools for the wall if he wanted the wall to keep out barbarians, is there a connection between the melting of the weapons of his underground city

He did supply the best tool, I believe. The weapons at that time was molten. So, I am not sure about the connection between melting you mean.
