Hi,
The visa form asks for organisation details. as i would be changing my job during that time i would not be able to provide letter from any employers.(travelling as i would have resigned and not appointed yet by the other organsitaion and would have free days available)
Although i would be producing a letter from a friend who stays in China and works there with her country's embassy, will it be difficult for me to get the visa?
is there a possibility that i will be rejected a visa?

Don't worry, if you do not have a proper answer to such items in the application form, you can just put N/A there. But if possible, you'd better ask your employer now for a covering letter and put your company details to the form, no one will check it. Invitation letter from China is also helpful.
