is there any direct filght from Dubai,UAE to Dalian,china ?if yes please inform me the name of air line.

Seems there is no direct flight between the two cities. However, you could fly to Shanghai Pudong Airport and then transfer there by a domestic flight. The airline info could be searched on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/
