About:Kunming Travel

How is the weather like in Kunming/Dali/Lijiaing in mid June? Would air in the high altitude areas such as Shangrila be a problem for people with sensitive nose and thin linings?

June will be summer here but not hot at all. It is also the rainy season here that rainfall may happen in afternoon. As for the altitude, I don't think it could cause serious problem. But, you'd better get suggestions from doctor before leaving.
