We are visiting Rotarians from the Philippines to attend our sister Rotarian Club Anniversary. Will be in Taiwan on May 6-10, 2011. We have two days to spare for sight-seeing and shopping. What clothes do you recommend, sight-seeing places to go, and shopping areas to shop? Any information will be appreciated.
