About:China Consulate in Houston

I am engaged to a lady in Beihai.We want to marry in June at a Church in Beihai.Can I obtain a singles certificate at your office.If so what should I bring with me?I will be travelling from Junction,Texas.I wouls appreciate your assistance.Thank you.My email is <span class="clspost">yahoo.com|gwrtxag</span>

Yes, you can get the single certificate in US. The procedure is as follows:
(1).Affidavit of Single Status, signed before a notary public.

(2).Certified by the Secretary of the State Office of the state where the document is executed.

(3).Certified by the relevant Consulate General over your area of residence.
