You can try to submit your visa application to Chinese embassy. The requiements are as follows:1. Original passport valid for at least 6 months with enough blank pages left. 2. Application form. Both V2011A and V2011B. 3. One passport-sized photo stuck to the applicaiton form.4. Your residence visa/permit in Nigar and its copy.5. Other documents visa officers deem necessary for travel, such as round-way tickets, hotel bookings, bank account for travel expenses, etc.
