About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

I will soon finish my contract and change jobs, my new employer insists I cancel my foreign experts certificate and provide them with proof that its cancelled.

I will soon finish my contract and change jobs, my new employer insists I cancel my foreign experts certificate and provide them with proof that its cancelled. How can I cancel it, and can I do it myself or must my current employer do it?

You can't do it on your own. Ask your previous employer to cancel it and 1 week later, they will give you the cancellation paper and then ask for the recommendation letter from your former employer. These two documents are needed by your new employer

Your current employer can go to the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs to cancell your foreign experts certificate
