Hi, I am planning to book a train ticket from Beijing to Xian. If i were to book from you. When will the confirmation be done? So that I can also book the hotel in Xian. If I have confirmation from you, does it mean that I definitely able to take the train on the specified day? Asking this bcos if I cannot go to Xian on time, then I don't need to book the hotel in Xian. Thank you

The tickets are usually issued around 10 days before your departure date. Once the tickets issued, they will provide you the copy of the train tickets in email and deliver paper tickets to your appointed hotel address in Beijing. Thus, the train tickets confirmation is normally done about 9 or 10 days before your departure. Anyway, you would better make an online booking enquiry for details first.
