Dear All ,Can u plz help me ?I have got one company in Shanghai who is ready to accept me as Employee. I am from india, so the company needs to apply for work visa for me, can anyone say me in detail what procedure they should take for the application and how much it will charge totally?I am awaiting urgent reply as soon as possible.Thanks Jatin

The company should apply for Alien Employment License for you from Ministry of Labor and Social Security, then go to Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office to apply for Official Invitation Letter for you, it takes a few months. As I know, you employer will ask you to provide Physical Examination Record for his application.
