Hi, I'm coming in to Haikou then to Wenchang. I would like to tour the whole of hainan island. Can I continue from wen chang or have to go back to haikou to start the?

You can continue your tour from Wenchang. For instance, if your next destination is Sanya, you can take the train from Wenchang to Sanya directly.
