why do I see 2 updates the same but different date:

As per my knowledge "RR" is rural route and lower category parcel and it takes time but there is no prescribed time limit for it. And there is different transit offices in guangzhou and it depends on china post how they want to send those goods, by sea, land or air according to its weight.
