Please aware me that the china embassy at new delhi will open for public dealing on saturday and sunday & in other festival holidays also?

No, sir, working hours of Chinese embassy in New Delhi is 9:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. 3:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Monday to Friday (Except Holidays). As well as all dealing received by staff.
