I would like to go Taiwan during the end of Sept... How the weather? Or any suggestion? I would like to enjoy either cool or cold weather other than Singapore!!!

It is still the summer time in Taiwan during the end of sept. The usual temperature is about 23~31C and it is the typhoon season during this period in Taiwan. You need to pay close attention to the weather forecast of Taiwan before you going to Taiwan.
