About:China Work Visa

I going back to Canada from the mainland for a holiday and need to apply for a new Z visa..It's not stated in the application process but just wondering if I need a health exam done and provide these documents when applying?

If you will stay in China for more than 6 months, the Physical Examination Record is required for Z visa application.
