Do I need a visa to visit? I'm flying with a Singapore passport into HMA or San Ya. Thanks.

You can visit Hainan without a visa for 15 days.

This website specifically mentioned that NO Visa policy applies to group of 5 or more from 23 countries. Singapore included.

As individuals, you better check that out in the Chinese embassy.
