Hi!

I am interested in traveling around Taiwan for 2 weeks from 17th April - 1st May. What will the weather be like? Will there be a lot of rain? Is the rain a problem (will things close down?). I am hoping to go on vacation - so hopefully the rain will not stop things! Is this a nice time to travel? Will I be able to go all around the island?
