About:China Postal Service

hi please help,

im suppose to receive my package via China Post Air but till today have not received yet. my tracking # RA092823045CN . the seller told me it will take 7 to 10 days to reach me but it been more then 2 weeks. i've been checking the tracking system daily for any progress but it's been the same....this is what the status showing for this tracking website:

OMG! OMG! can anyone please help! when i check my tracking #RA092823045CN.

it says> EXPIRED. The tracking data on this shipment has not been updated in more than 10 business days by China Post. Please contact China Post for more information<

how to contact them? what's the number for me to call and speak to a personnel from China Post??? i need to know what's happening to my package!!

im tired of clicking to all sort of tracking websites.....it's either i can't log in or it's showing the same status.

yes eventually it arrived yesterday but f***ing seller send some other 'bloody' cheap item which im guessing worth only USD$5 or less. MOFO!!!!
