About:China Railway Map

I am planning to visit Hong kong-Macau-Shanghai
I would take a flight Bombay-Hong kong, but need to travel to Shanghai by bullet train. What is the distance? What would be the cost?

No trains are operating from Macau to mainland China. And only one train T100B is available from Hong Kong to Shanghai, which takes around 19hrs. It is around 1900km and costs about CNY731 for one lower soft sleeper.
