could you please advise me the easiest way form guangzhou to hong kong// i will be staying in guangzhou the entire month of august and would like to visit hong kong as a side trip// thankyou

You may either take a train from Gaungzhou East Railway Station to Kowloon of Hk, or you may also take a bus from Guangzhou to Luohu of Shenzhen, cross Luohu Port, and then take Hk MTR east rail line to Hung Hom of Hk.
