About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I came to USA about 20 yrs ago and I was at 12 years born in HK with a children HK ID. Now I am an US citizen. I was wonder if I can applied the adult HK ID now in the US chinese Consulate. If I can , what is the requirments and how much does it cost ? Thank you for your kindly response. Much appreciated.

You can't apply for adult HK ID card in the US Chinese consulate. You can enquire the immigration department of Hong Kong SAR Government.
