Both Huangyan and Luqiao are districts in Taizhou. From Taizhou to Guangzhou, there are no direct trains operating. However, you could take a D train to Xiamen first and then reach Guangzhou by another train. For the train info., you could search Taizhou-Xiamen and Xiamen-Guangzhou respectively on the website.
