I'm currently here at china with complete documents for my working visa.. they say I have to go back to the Philippines to apply for working visa... But many filipino friends here says that if I go back home to the Philippines I might never go back because It's hard to get a working visa even though your documents are complete.. is it true?? I'm scared that I might be denied but my papers are now complete and finished...

It's true that it is hard to get a Z visa for Filipinos, but you still have chance to get Z visa if all requirements are prepared. Now, you have to return to the Philippines to apply for Z visa, there is no other option, it is impossible for you to get Z visa within China or other country, do you want to overstay in China without a long term visa?
