If pax is holding china tourist single entry visa and they landed hongkong taken on arrival visa of hongkong and visit went to foshan and again they want come back to Hongkong after that they again go to Shanghai and then they need want outbond from Shanghai. Then this visa is valid or not ?

a single entry tourist visa is not sufficient for this trip, you need a double entry tourist visa, the first entry is go to Foshan from Hong Kong, the second entry is go to Shanghai from Hong Kong.
