There is no direct train or bus from Urumqi to Weifang. You can get to Jinan first. Train 1086 runs from Urumqi to Weifang (21:48-22:36) and the whole journey will take nearly 49 hours. The train ticket costs about 350-370RMB for hard sleeper and 580/608RMB for soft sleeper. Then in the same railway Station, you can get further to Weifang by train, a bit over two hours.
