There seems no speical western supermarket in Baotou city. Well, you can find coffee shop and bars in western styles, such as Yuandou Coffee Bar at Minzu East Road, Kun District and Five Stars Billiards Bar at the walking Street, Taiyangcheng South, Kun District.

Vans in the Wanda shopping centre has a few western stuff but its quite expensive and then on the bars you can go to seven pizza bar that is close the the Golden Hans which is a German Restaurant and the food at both these two restaurants is good. On the coffee you will also find on the 2nd floor in the Wanda shopping centre close to the escalator there is a nice coffee shop but also expensive. Enjoy!
