Hi I ordered a package from China and on the tracking site it says that it has passed china customs and it was updated 2011-03-28. Does this mean that it has been shipped out of china or that its just clear to ship? When do you think I will receive the package in Sweden?Thank You

passed china customs - It was cleared for export by Chinese customs. You likely won't see any other updates until it clears customs of your country.departure from outward office of exchange - Departure from outward office of exchange means the package has left China and heading to your country.
