What is the best way to Beijing West Railway Station from the airport and are there storage facilities at this station?

Are there storage facilities or lockers at the Beijing West Station where we can leave our luggage during the day before catching a night train?

Also, what is the best way to get to the station from the airport -- other than by taxi?
