I am planning a trip to China June 21 2011-July 2 2011 and will be visiting friends and relatives. I live in WA state and the Chinese Consulate for WA state is in San Fransisco.  Is there a way to mail my application to The Chinese Consulate San Fransisco?

Chinese Consulate in San Francisco doesn't accept visa application by mail,  If you cannot come in person, you may entrust someone else or a travel/visa agent to drop off your application at the visa office of the Consulate General. The mail back service is available at the consulate.
