Dear Concern

I m a manager of an private company and want to go China(Business meeting) with company proprietor, I have arrange following documents
- Valid passports
- Snaps
- Both Invitation letter (Inviting company & Chines foreign affair )
- bank statement
- recommendation letters from Company & Lahore Chamber of Commerce
- Salary Slip
- Company Registration certificate copy
- Company Tax payed slips
- Character certificate By Police

now my quarries are below
1)- Is my documents complete or require more ?
2)- Invitation letter color print acceptable ? I got it through email
3)- which visa form i have to be fill up ? Visa F form or any other ?

kindly confirm me as early as possible i want to go in Islamabad embassy on Monday 04 April 2011
