Hello,Is it possible to apply for an F Visa to China from Vientiane? I have an invitation/sponsor letter. Is the embassy currently issuing F Visas for American citizens?

Generally speaking, China embassy in Vientiane, Lao doesn't issue China visa to applicants who are temporary visitors. If you work or reside in Lao, it is possible for you to get F visa in Vientiane
