What is the best way to get from Datong to Langzhou, Gansu?  And how much would it cost?And what is the best way to get from Datong to San Cha village?

There is a daily train from Datong to Lanzhou at 18:24. It costs about CNY298 for hard sleeper and CNY465 for soft sleeper, but it takes more than 20 hours. You can also fly to Lanzhou via Beijing which would be faster but expensive.  San Cha village in which province do you refer to ?
