About:China Visa Exemption

I'm trying to organize a MICE group (Meetings / Conventions) in Sanya. The group is diverse - from across Asia Pacific and from US.

Is there a way to get a group VISA for the group attending the convention so as to minimize the logistics for over 200 PAX attendees?

To apply for a group visa for a convention is possible, but may be difficult in your case since they are from different countries. You as the organizer, should collect all passport of your group members (5 and above), and possibly with official visa notification for this convention. All members need to enter and exit China at the same time. Or if not, they can apply for China business visa individually from Chinese embassy/consulate in their own country.
