About:Terracotta Army, Xian

i have been told you can not take photos in the museum
But im traveling on a photographic holiday and when i get back I send my photos to national tavel books and magazines how do i go about getting permission to photograph inside thanks you
I could see any reference to my question in the link sorry

No, photo taking is allowed in most parts of the museum. Please don't worry.

I very recently visited the museum and I understand that you CAN take photographs though flash photography is discoouraged.

So I think you will be ok. There were many people taking photos when I visited.
