Why my Christmas parcel RR887499306CN posted 14 Dec.2010 is into Shenzhen Office of Exchange since over 90 days has passed ??? With 3 dates arrivals and departures has changed : 15 Dec., 8 Jan. and 30 Jan.2011 . But it is always on same place in Shenzhen Transit. The tracking China Post don't precise the dispatch to France destination???
I search the service responsible of this carrier to unlocked RR887499306Cn in status abnormal for a National carrier.

Wow, it takes really a long time. Is this parcel send by your friend here in China. If it doesn't arrive for such a long time, it may be probablly to return to the departure office in China. I encounter with such an experience and the officer asked me to pick it back and resend.

Thank for your response at my problem RR887499306CN frozen in Shenzhen Transit Office of Exchange over 3 Months has passed .
This is a purchase with Aliexpress Trader Market and HK Wise Technology Co Ltd the supplier. The shipping delay is 7 days to limit transaction of 27 days !!! The data base has automtically change the status my order 1001187592 in COMPLETED And the trader has payed the supplier my order don't delivered .
Since date posted 14 DEc 2010 the parcel is blocked in the walls of Shenzhen Transit Office of Exchange !!!I ask and insist to Customer Sevice of Trader and supplier on the place for claims .But they have not assist to renew another parcel or refund my money of Christmas order not delivered .
On tracking the parcel is always in Transit Office ! How does for unlocked his frozen status for dispatch to my adress in France .How contacted this Transit Office for resolve my problem . I d' not at Shenzhen and don't know proced at this shipping problem .
I need responsibles persons able and can to help at this abnormal situation service of China Post Air Mail .
Thank you very much for solve my problem .
