About:Marriage Registration in China

I have still questions that :

1) After getting L-Visa and I go to China and marry to my Fiancee , so I can apply Family Visa and I can get approval so I need to come back my Country once ?

2) After getting Family Visa, Can I find the Interviews and give the interviews only ?

3) If I found any company , so company can directly process my F or Z visa for work ? after that I need to visit my country or not ?

According to the visa regulation, you need to apply in India. Your China company can only help you with the Work Permit for Aliens issued by the Chinese Labor Ministry or the original and the Foreign Expert's License issued by the Chinese Foreign Expert Bureau. You need to apply for the work visa in person or through a visa agency. AS what Helper said, to change L to Z is possible in China, but it will cost much if by a visa agency. Anyway, it is applicable if you really do not want to go back to your home country.

Once you get married in in China, your family visit visa can be done with in China from local PSB. It is not necessary to back to your country. Give interviews on the visa is ok, sir, but if you find a job, you need to apply for a work visa Z with documents from your future employer. This also can be done within China but with difficulty, or it will be costy if you go through a visa agency. So, you may need to process it in your home ountry.

Thanks for your reply and help to solve my doubts .

but I am confuse that , if I am getting job so China Company apply for my Visa to their government right ? not I have to apply in India by myself .

if I am getting Approval so do I have to visit my country or not ?
