We want to travel from Beijing to Guilin by train. Is this an overnight trip? How many hours to Guilin by train? We will be staying in Yangshuo. How long from Guilin to Yangshuo? Thank you

From Beijing to Guilin, five trains are operating daily which are all overnight trains since it takes at least 23hrs. And it is around 66km from Guilin train station to Yangshuo. You could take bus to Yangshuo directly after reaching Guilin, which takes about 80mins and cost around CNY15 per person.
