About:Passport

Hi,i am a china passport holder living in singapore, i plan to travel to china on 4 apr 2011,but my passport has already expired on 4 dec 2010,so how long does it take to renew a passport and will i be fined for late renewal of a passport?

passport renewal takes 10 working days and fee is SGD 95. You will not be fined for being late.
