About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I have EU/UK passport but live in US, and am planning to travel to China for three weeks from Boston. What is the best way for me to get a tourist visa?

As a temporary foreign visitor to US, you may be asked by the visa officer the original and photocopy of US Green Card, Work Permit, I-20 Form, valid US Visa or other additional documents and make a decision on whether to issue the visa case by case. Other options for you is to apply from UK or you can do it in Hong Kong.
