Dear Sir..             I have completed a all my documents for the china govt scholarship.. i just want to know whether i should send the documents directly to china council of scholarships or i should submit it to the Chinese embassy in my country.. they will make it forward...Kind Regards..Ali

Usually, the Chinese Embassy in your country will handle this for you. So, you should send your documents to China Embassy. Some universities in China are authorized to accept Chinese Government Scholarship from overseas students directly.
